INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 teaspoon of facial-quality clay (our Purifying Mud Mask would work perfectly)
  • 1 teaspoon of instant oatmeal or oat flour
  • ½ tablespoon of powdered milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • water, to achieve paste consistency
  • 1 drop of any essential oil that you love (neroli, rose, lavender, or frankincense would be perfect!)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix first five ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Add enough water to make the mixture into a paste. Add the essential oil of your choice (just a drop!) and mix until combined. Apply to your face and enjoy ten minutes of aromatherapy! Clay is rich in minerals and removes impurities from the skin.
No matter our age, skin can always benefit from detoxing! Milk cleanses and nourishes. Make sure to use high quality, organic, full fat milk for optimal benefits. Olive oil provides moisture and minerals. Honey helps bind this moisture to your skin and lends its own skin brightening qualities. The benefits from the essential oil will differ depending on which you choose, but choose an aroma you love and breathe deep to relax.
